Northwood Window & Door Centre was purchased in 1998 by Ray and Wendy Walton. It has carefully been grown into a family business known for quality and friendly service. Ray and Wendy retired in 2012, and the business is now run by their son, Andrew Walton. Our focus is on building lasting relationships with our customers and providing the best quality and service possible.

Andrew Walton
Owner, Sales
Andrew Walton is the owner, operator of Northwood Window and Door Centre. He has worked in the business since 1998. First as an installation assistant, later as a service technician, and currently as the main estimator for the company. He is very passionate about his trade and business.
Casandra Walton
Finance Manager and Co-Owner
Casandra and her husband Andrew have owned Northwood since 2013. She manages our financial operations, as well as planning our design and seasonal aesthetics. Casandra is a key component in making Northwood a warm and caring family-owned business and is excited to help lead the company into the future.
Tyler Spencer
Installation Manager
Tyler has been a key member of the Northwood team since 2017. From his first day on the job, Tyler set the tone for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Good-humoured and always ready with a joke, Tyler makes our work fun and enjoys building lasting relationships with our clients.
Andrew Gunson
Outside Sales
Andrew Gunson joined Northwood in 2015 and is now our primary salesperson. If you’re looking for a professional and efficient in-home estimate, this is your man. Andrew has extensive experience in carpentry, working as a furniture builder and kitchen installer before joining Northwood and finding his calling in sales.
Michelle Miller
Operations Manager
Michelle is a key player in our business and our team would be lost without her. Michelle keeps our entire operation on track and on time, acting as point person on client orders and projects. After four years with Northwood, Michelle has quickly become indispensable.
CJ Battrick
Final Measure Technician
CJ is our final measure technician, responsible for confirming all details and measurements prior to your installation. His precise nature and attention to detail allows Northwood to deliver the high quality standards our clients expect and deserve.
